After running a private practice, Gary quickly realised the high prevalence of work related injuries. He left the clinical environment to pursue a solution, and the Ergotherapy Solutions corporate training program was developed as the answer. Working with many blue chip companies, the need was then highlighted for a chair that would better meet user demands, and Gary then designed and developed the Get One range of seating. With representation throughout South Africa and now also in Australia, Gary is passionate about helping people to spend their work time more comfortably and contentedly by sitting on a Get One!

Angela Hendricks [ Cape Town Sales Manager ]

With a life long dream of being a physiotherapist, Angela qualified in 2002 from the University of Cape Town. She then relocated to Port Elizabeth for her year of community service before working in a private practice. While working in private practice, she treated many patients who were suffering from work related injuries due to poor ergonomics. This sparked a new interest to help people in a different way. By correcting patient ergonomics she was now treating the cause, not just the symptoms. Angela joined Ergotherapy Solutions in early 2006 and now manages the Western Cape and Eastern Cape areas.

After a couple of years of being a full time mom to twins, Pippa decided to brave the corporate world once again. She joined Ergotherapy in mid 2008 and is now our Johannesburg based ergonomic trainer and consultant.

Jeanne qualified in 2003 as a Biokineticist from the University of Stellenbosch. After finishing her internship in Somerset West, she went over to the UK where she worked as an onsite Rehabilitation Specialist and Ergonomic Consultant for Ford Transmissions Plant in Liverpool. While working at Ford she realised the importance of correct ergonomics in treating and preventing work related injuries. On return to South Africa, Jeanne worked in private practice and specialised in overuse injuries and postural pain syndromes. She soon realised that in order to provide long term solutions to work related injuries, the poor ergonomics of the work place had to be addressed. Jeanne joined Ergotherapy Solutions in 2009 and now manages the Kwa-Zulu Natal branch.
